Graduated from École Nationale de Commerce Paris, with specialization at Private Law at Pantheon Sorbonne Paris and BA at École de Sciences Politiques Paris. Has started his professional life in Paris at Veolia Group, in 1975. In 1980 Veolia sent him to Brazil in order to run SARP (Veolia group) as country commercial manager for big solid waste and hazardous waste customers. In 1987 Jacques founded Deltaserve Engineering and Representations and in 20010 joined Prime Connection and during all those years brought several European and American companies to Brazil, including one of the most relevant Smedvig (drilling and production platforms), Rolls Royce Power Venture aeroderivative turbines and compressors for the Industry and IPP (independent Energy power producer). Also worked in Brazil for an intelligence and security control company, working specifically for large permanent events, critical activities as airports and borders controls. Represented the division of geopositioning solutions from the same company.

In the offshore market Jacques Mari represented one of the most important EPCI contractor for hook up and offshore construction, a manufacturer of supersize compressors for the industry and O&G. Also represented manufacturers of precision tools, portable technology and large suppliers of industrial equipment for industry.
